Der Einfluss der Flamme während des 24-stündigen Holzbrandes hat die Oberfläche dieses Bechers stark modifiziert. So weißt die glänzend weiße Glasur seidenmatte und matte kristalline Felder auf die sich farblich silbergrau und gelb gestalten.
Der unglasierte Fuß ist hellgrau, orange und braun gefärbt.

Wood-fired stoneware beaker, coated in an ash glaze.

Direct contact with the flame during the 24-hour wood firing has modified this shiny white ash glaze dramatically. It has added matte textures to the surface and left plenty of crystals which range from silver-grey yellow.
The unglazed bottoms of this beaker boasts a strong contrast between light grey, orange and brown.
